A year ago everything changed for me. The biggest decision I had made in my life came to a reality on 11/19/2011. I was nervous, anxious and excited. There were so many emotions that went through me I can’t even put them into words. The time came for me to step into the baptismal font and all I felt was peace. I can’t describe how it has changed my life to be a member of the Saviors church and to know that the priesthood has been restored here on earth. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Todd Jackson for having a simple conversation with me that inspired me to want to know more about his great faith. He was always willing to take the time after long days of work to answer any and all questions I had. I am not perfect and have much to learn and life is still hard but I know that my Heavenly Father lives and guides us today through his prophets. I know that He sent His only begotten son to atone for our sins. I also know that we must depend on Him and His timing for he knows each of us. I put all my trust in The Lord. Thank you Elder Trent Graff and Elder Geoff Larson for taking time out of your lives and choosing to serve our Heavenly Father, teaching me those lessons, listening to me and for being worthy to preach His Gospel. I am amazed even in this day I am able to be a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I leave a testimony in the name of Jesus Christ that this church is true. That the priesthood is on the earth again. Our Heavenly Father knows us each individually. Joseph Smith was a prophet of God. We have Prophets that live today and guide us. We are all children of God. Families are forever. I know this and nothing can ever change that. In the name of Jesus Christ Amen.Alejandrina G. Wiggins
